This sock looks complicated than it really is only two rows.
This pattern was test knitted by Janis a member of sockknitters and my test knitters group. Here is what she said about the pattern:
It's done! It was an easy pattern. I think a beginner could do this. When I went down to a size 1 needles I was able to get the 10 sts. per inch.
The pattern is perfect - no changes needed. I would use a lighter weight yarn next time. My sport weight seemed a little heavy. Perhaps something like Regia 6 ply or a heavier sock yarn.
I always used the regular toe with the Kitchener finish. I love the look of your toe. Notice how nicely rounded it is in the picture! :-)
I will be re-knittiing this pattern with the yarn suggested by Janis. She does beautiful work and I want to say thank you again Janis.
